Terms of Service
Last updated: September 2026
These terms govern your use of VonssyAI. By signing in you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
The service
VonssyAI provides a chat interface to AI models through endpoints you configure yourself (BYOK). An account (Google or GitHub sign-in) is required; chats are private to your account.
Your account
You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in credentials secure. Notify the operator of any unauthorized use.
Your keys and endpoints
You supply your own API keys and endpoints and are responsible for them: keep them confidential, use only keys you are entitled to use, and pay your provider's usage charges. Your key is decrypted in server memory solely to relay your messages to your endpoint.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service for anything unlawful; do not attack, probe, or circumvent the service's security or rate limits; do not infringe others' rights; do not use another person's API key without permission.
AI outputs
AI responses may be inaccurate, incomplete, or biased. They are not professional advice — verify anything important. You are responsible for how you use outputs.
Availability
The service is provided on a best-effort basis and may change, pause, or discontinue at any time. We are not responsible for outages or behavior of third-party AI providers.
Termination
You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Data; deletion is immediate and permanent. We may suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the service.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" without warranties, and the operator is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use.
Changes
We may update these terms; continued use after changes means acceptance. Material changes will be noted here with a new revision date.
